You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use bossbb. This is a strict eligibility requirement verified through KYC. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited in accordance with licensing obligations.
bossbb operates under international gaming authority licensing. Malaysian users are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable local laws. bossbb does not make representations about the legality of accessing the platform under specific local statutes.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on bossbb. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Any bonus funds or winnings accrued on a duplicate account will be void. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own login credentials.

Access to and use of bossbb is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied by the User:
bossbb reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility conditions will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in forfeiture of any balance held.
To access the Services, Users must register a bossbb Account by completing the registration form accurately and in full. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited.
During registration, you are required to provide your full legal name as shown on your MyKad or equivalent government-issued identity document, a valid Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and to set a secure password. All information provided must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account closure.
Following initial registration, bossbb will require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a legible copy of a government-issued photo ID. bossbb reserves the right to request additional documentation, including proof of payment method, proof of address, or source of funds documentation, in compliance with its licensing obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bossbb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify bossbb immediately via live chat support if you believe your Account has been compromised.
All financial transactions on bossbb are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). bossbb does not apply currency conversion charges for standard MYR transactions.
Deposits may be made via supported payment methods including Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX online banking (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. bossbb reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time.
Withdrawals are processed in MYR to the payment method registered to your Account, subject to successful KYC verification. bossbb aims to process withdrawal requests within five minutes of approval during standard operating hours. Processing times may vary during scheduled maintenance periods. bossbb does not charge fees for standard MYR withdrawal transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
Funds deposited on bossbb may only be used for gaming activity on the Platform. Deposits made using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods will be reversed and the relevant Account closed. bossbb reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for any transaction and to delay or refuse processing pending satisfactory documentation.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before they may be withdrawn. Real money funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within your Account Balance display.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bossbb platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, potential forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
bossbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its reasonable discretion, including without limitation where: a User has breached any provision of these Terms; bossbb is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction; bossbb reasonably suspects fraudulent, criminal, or other improper activity associated with the Account; or a User is identified as a vulnerable individual for whom continued gaming activity is not in their best interests.
Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance attributable to bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or winnings obtained through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real money deposits not implicated in the breach will be returned to the originating payment method following completion of any required investigation, which may take up to 30 days.
Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting bossbb live chat support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. Any outstanding real money balance will be returned to the registered payment method following KYC verification if not previously completed.

The bossbb name, logo, and related marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of bossbb trademarks in any context, including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials, is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bossbb's total liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of real money deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
bossbb shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind; loss of profits, winnings, or business opportunity; damages arising from Platform unavailability, interruptions, or technical faults outside bossbb's reasonable control; or any decision made by a User in reliance on information provided on the Platform.
bossbb does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or secure from all external threats. Reasonable measures are taken to maintain Platform availability and security, but no absolute guarantee is given or implied.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bossbb holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bossbb's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
Users must first attempt resolution through bossbb's live chat support before escalating any dispute. bossbb will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 days of receipt of all required information.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights Users may hold under applicable consumer protection legislation.
